Exchange and Refund Policy

At Maven, we want you to love every piece you get from us! If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.


1. On-the-Spot Exchange/Return

  • When your order arrives, take your time to inspect it.
  • If you decide it’s not what you were looking for, you can return or exchange it right then and there—just cover the return shipping fees.
  • This option is only available during delivery.

2. Exchange After Delivery

  • Need a different size or color? No problem! You can exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.
  • Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note: shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Refunds

  • While we don’t offer refunds unless there’s an issue, we’re happy to replace items that are defective or damaged.
  • If this happens, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order, and share a few photos of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Items That Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Customized or sale items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
  • We can’t accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For exchanges or on-the-spot returns, the shipping fees are on us if the item is defective. Otherwise, these fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • We always recommend using a tracked shipping service for peace of mind!
